This is an advanced Cyber Security certification which is offered by (ISC)2. The full CISSP certification has very strict experience requirements. Fortunately, if one doesn't have that experience, the exam can still be taken and those who pass will receive an Associates of CISSP certification. The Department of Defense recognizes the associates certification as being the same as the full CISSP certification. Furthermore, once the required experience is gained, the Associates certification can be converted to the full CISSP certification without retesting.
