About The Author
Marilyn Manning, PH.D., is a certified management consultant, conflict mediator, and international speaker. She facilitates and coaches teams and leaders to solve difficult people problems and organizational challenges. Her interactive keynote speeches and workshops topics include Strategic Planning, Communications, Change and Conflict Management, Teambuilding, and Customer Service. Her clients include University of Chicago, Lucent, GE, Compaq, GTE, US Postal System, National Semiconductor, and Stanford Hospital.
