Expert Glenn Mesa will lead ESL students through all the latest IC³ certification objectives.   • About The Author
    Glenn Mesa has been an educator within the public school system since 1987. He possesses credentials in elementary education, counseling, and administration. He has a bachelor's degree in administrative studies from the University of California at Riverside, along with a master's degree in education with an emphasis in counseling from Azusa Pacific College (California). Glenn has endorsements in mathematics and English as a Second Language (ESL). He is fluent in Spanish and has lived in Argentina, South America, for two years. Presently, Mr. Mesa lives with his family in southern Utah.
