  • About The Author
    Lisa Landry is a consultant, facilitator and trainer with more than 22 years of experience in corporate America, including 14 years at IBM. She is a certified trainer by Computer Mentors on the Move, The American Institute for Managing Diversity, IBM and Ball State University. Landry holds a Masters Degree in Management from Indiana Wesleyan University and has completed work towards a Ph.D. in Management at Walden University. She has designed and conducted training for numerous organizations including the Boy Scouts of America, the California Lottery, and Northeast Area US Postal Service.
