This is a LearnKey course based on the book Dynamics of Diversity by Odette Pollar & Rafael Gonzalez.
Odette Pollar is a nationally known speaker, trainer and consultant to business, government and industry. She is the author of
the top-selling book Organizing Your Workspace: A Guide to Personal Productivity published by Crisp Publications, Inc. In 1979, Odette
founded Time Management Systems(TMS), a management training firm based in Oakland, California. Odette has worked in public and private
agencies, corporations and professional associations. She has trained more than 5,000 professionals in effective time use and
organizational techniques. Her clients include Hewlett-Packard, Hitachi America, Beverly Enterprises and Shell Oil. She currently sits
on the board of directors for two organizations.
Rafael Gonzalez, president of Rafael Gonzalez Enterprises, has been in business for 15 years, consulting and training all over the
United States and internationally. Rafael is a popular keynote speaker and is well known for his dynamic presentations. He has worked
with Fortune 500 companies, including Levi Strauss & Co., Chevron, AT&T and Apple. A number of newspaper and broadcasting companies such
as Tribune Co., Gannett Co., and McClatchy Newspapers count themselves among his clients, as well as numerous colleges, universities,
executive management programs and professional teams such as the Chicago Cubs. In the public sector, Rafael has worked with hundreds of
cities, school districts and community agencies; federal, state and local governments, and libraries.
