Geri E. H. McArdle, Ph.D., is a successful human resource manager, educator and consultant, with a
diverse background of experience in both the private and public sectors. She received her doctorate from

United States Senate, and administrative positions at Marymount and Cazenovia Colleges. Dr. McArdle has been
