My first comment is how convenient it was to take this online course. It allows such flexibility in being able to access the training at my own pace and at a convenient time for me. I liked the study guide with the reference to pinpoint the exact training I needed to go over again. I also liked the "hands on" experience of the labs. I read all the articles while I was doing the Section 1 training as indicated on the list of assignments. I did not realize at that time that these same articles are also assigned in Sections 2 & 3. I think some of the material might have made more sense if I had read it after having more training. I realize many of the complicated parts of the articles are likely meant to be used as reference materials. I enjoyed Erin Olsen as the teacher. She has a clear, concise way of presenting the materials, offering suggestions, with a pleasant, easy-going personality. She could relate how to utilize Outlook 2003 in everyday, real situations. It was a very enjoyable way to learn.

The presenter Libby Schwartz had a clear voice and covered a large scope of Project 2000.
I particularly found the last segment, the comparison of Project 98 vs Project 2000 to be extremely useful.
My one big complaint is that many of the Power Point slides did not show up in their entirety.

It took me a while to realize that I needed to take notes during the presentations. She talks really fast, and I had to pause the presentatin to catch up. It would have been helpful to me to have a more detailed outline and the steps listed to do different tasks. I found that the third section didn't make you practice the tasks like the other two sections. My test scores wern't great, but I printed the study guides and went back over them to see what I missed. Overall, I think the training was excellent and I would use the online learning system again.
