A training specialist is any individual possessing appropriate technical or professional knowledge gained through advanced education or extensive work experience that enables the individual to teach the content in a successful manner to a vast array of people through an interactive video presentation.
A training specialist must meet the following qualifications:
Certification and/or direct experience of the content area being taught
