About The Author
Joe Mullarkey has been in the computer industry for over 20 years. He has supported multiple operating systems from DOS to Windows Server 2008 R2. Joe has been Microsoft Certified since 1996. Currently Joe holds the Microsoft Enterprise Administrator certification, as well as the Microsoft Enterprise Messaging Administrator certification. Joe is also a Certified Microsoft Trainer, and has trained thousands of IT administrators on subjects such as Active Directory, Server Administration, Operating System Deployment, and Messaging Management with Microsoft Exchange Server. Joe currently resides in the Tampa Bay area of Florida with his dog, “Five”.
