If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please contact a customer service representative and we will gladly exchange the product.

To qualify for a refund or exchange we require that no more than the first session of any course or product be opened or viewed and the product must be returned within three (3) business days. All Discs, DVDs, registration cards, boxes, and packaging materials must be included and in like-new condition.

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). The RMA# must be visible on the outside of the box or the package will not be accepted.

Your return must be received by LearnKey no later than seven (7) days of the LearnKey invoice date. LearnKey reserves the right to refuse damaged or incomplete returns, or returns where more than the first session of any course or product has been opened or viewed.
