Detection in Progress shows but training does not continue


Symptoms:

    When you launch the Pre-Test, Training, Labs, or Post-Test, a new window opens and you see the message "Detection in progress " but nothing else happens

Detailed Information:

    Solution:

      Bypass the built in detection utility

      1. Log-in to OnlineExpert
      2. Select a course, and a session
      3. Double click on the picture of the man looking at the monitor
      4 Enter the following words in lower-case letters into the script prompt: no detect
      5. Click OK
      6. The screen should refresh
      7. Launch the training
