When trying to launch video training you receive the Cannot Find Media error or File Not Found error

Detailed Information:

This error appears when you have selected to use a MediaPoint CD but Windows Media Player cannot find the file on the CD. Normally this is caused by either having the wrong MediaPoint CD loaded or the correct drive has not been selected.

Solution:

1) Double-click on My Computer
2) Look for your CD-ROM drive
3) Put in the MediaPoint CD, wait a few seconds, and look at your drive again
4) Make note of the drive letter that is associated with the MediaPoint CD you just inserted and log-in to OnlineExpert
5) When you get to the assignments page, change your Stream Speed drive letter to match the drive letter you made note of in step 4
6) Wait for the page to reload and launch the training again
