When installing LearnKey software, you see the product Registration Step 1 window, but you do not see the entire window contents. The Back, Next, and Cancel buttons at the bottom of the window are not viewable

This can also occur in the training windows and the Labs

In order to fully utilize our LearnKey CD training products, you will need your DPI (dots per inch) setting to normal size.

If you like to use a DPI of 120, you can set it back after the installation with no problems.

Solution:

DPI settings in Vista are generally easy to find and change.

1. Right click on your desktop
2. Click on Personalize
3. On the left hand side, click on Adjust Font Size (DPI)
4. Change DPI to 96 (normal)
5. Click on Apply
6. Click on OK all of the way out

May need to reboot your computer

Test program again
