When installing LearnKey software, you see the product Registration Step 1 window, but you do not see the entire window contents. The Back, Next, and Cancel buttons at the bottom of the window are not viewable

This can also occur in the training windows and the Labs

Detailed Information:

In order to fully utilize our LearnKey CD training products, you will need your DPI (dots per inch) setting to normal size.

If you like to use a DPI of 120, you can set it back after the installation with no problems.

Solution:

You can change your DPI settings following these steps:

1. Click your Start Menu and open the Control Panel
2. Double Click on the Display Icon
3. Click on the Settings tab
4. Click on the Advanced button at the bottom
5. You should see your Display DPI setting at the top of the General tab
6. Use the drop down box and select Normal size (96 DPI)
7. Click OK at the bottom
8. You may be required to restart your computer for the change to take effect
9. After the restart, you can re-insert your LearnKey CD into the drive and begin installing your course. This time you will be able to see the entire Registration Step 1 window
